I know drinking water speeds up the metabolism, and obviously the best thing is time, but time is something I don't have. I had smoked daily since December of 2008, but just last week I took a five day break. Now when I smoked these past 3 days, I only had about two hits simply because my tolerance was lower. Is there any vitamin pills or drink to help speed up the process because I have about a week or week and a half till the test. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
