im 16, asian and about 5'4" 5'5". i play ice hockey and badminton. will playing these sports somehow increase my height? and its not that i dont eat much, i do, and plenty. also my parents arent short or tall, their average. what are some ways and things i can do to increase the height before im doomed?!

it sounds like you have a high metabolism. u can try working out to gain more muscle mass and more meats. junk food is the easiest way but less healthy since you play sports
