So, today when I woke up I had this huge pain on my left lower back/sacrum, when I started to walk it was hurting more and more, to the point where I couldn't even walk. I stayed paralyzed for a couple of minutes, standing still, and my sister helped me to lay down...
It hurts more when I move my right leg or when I put my right leg up or try to touch with my knee on my chest...
I took a pain killer a few hours ago and now I don't feel almost any pain...it's almost nothing...but I'm afraid that when the pain killer effect disappears, it will start to hurt me again and I wont be able to walk/sit/lay....It's so scary, and I'm in panic, seriously!
I had this pain a few more times before, for like 3 years now, but it was NOTHING like this, it only lasted some seconds and would disappear quickly...and I went to the doctor 1 year ago but he seemed stupid and just said "Oh, that's nothing, you're ok, it's all in your head"....Yup....that's why I can't even walk right now...
Please, please, please, I'm so afraid of this...tell me,
1- WHAT IS THIS? Do you thing it's a muscle or bone thing?
2- What can I do to make it go away?
3- Warm water or ice?
4- Which exercises should I do?
5- What positions should I avoid?
Please...it's just that I really don't know what to do... I'm 18, btw..

1) Impossible to tell without adequate examination and imaging, however giving the circumstances and that pain medication works... it is very likely a soft tissue injury. Either muscular or in the tendon.

2) Rest. It will go away.

3) Ice for swelling -- and heat for pain relief.

4) Nothing but gentle walking as necessary to keep things flexible but nothing that exacerbates the condition.

5) Bending over and picking things up, heavy lifting, jogging, running, or any positions that cause MORE than normal pain.

You are fine, you DO have an injury but it is acute and will heal in a short time. Take Ibuprofen as directed while in pain and your pain will lessen while it heals.

Stay in bed as much as you can, but not completely. Standing is a less invasive position than sitting is (although that seems like faulty logic it isn't.. sitting places 50% more compression on the areas as opposed to standing.) Laying down reduces this by 75%.

See a Chiropractor. You shouldn't have so much success looking to repair this your self. Your sacrum is definitely out of function from a few endeavor you probably did. Try alternating ice for 20 min. with a heating pad for 20 min. Don't do any thigh adduction or abduction sports.

Hello!

You need to have it X-Rayed!
