I feel like im about the faint and throw up. I have major anxiety issues. The last time i had a bad panic attack was about three weeks ago. I dont know what caused this attack, it just randomly happened. Ive been feeling like this for about two hours now, the feelings arent going away. Ive tried everything. My attacks usually last about an hour but this one just wont end!! Im literally just relaxing at home.

Im only on one medication which is for ADHD, but the side effects don't include panic attacks or anxiety.

Please help. What do I do!? This doesn't feel normal. Everything is moving so slow and my vision is blurry whenever I try walking around.

First calm down and then breath real slow. Open a window or go outside for some fresh air. The key is to remain calm and breath slowly. I am going to guess that when you go th the doctor he will prescribe you some antidepressant. Now if you want to medicate yourself to stop having the attacks then go ahead, there are several side effects from the drugs though. May I suggest that you go to your chiropractor he can help you with your attacks. No Kidding! This is an alternative and more natural healing than with drugs. Your back being out of alignment does all kinds of thing s to your body.
