Hi there,
Ive never really ever gotten headaches soo frequent before like I used to get them 3 times a year maybe but now after christmas Ive been getting a headache nearly everyday and I think these may be the possible causes:
I had a crap load of chocolate during christmas
Ive spent all of christmas reading a textbook and writing
I havent been out at all this holiday apart from christmas day

If anyone knows anything else please let me know
Thanks for looking at this question and take care
Stef

If it hurts in your neck, or shoulders or right above one of your eyes, maybe you should see someone for migraines. We all have them in my family, they suck. I have triggers, dark chocolate, little to no sleep, reading for too long, men cologne.

There are definitely lots of reasons for headaches. They may be related to allergies. Growing up, my mom always had at least 1-2 cats and I used to get terrible headaches. When I moved out, they went away. Now everytime I'm around cats, I get itchy eyes and a runny nose...I know for sure I'm allergic to them. A couple years ago, I had a headache that wouldn't go away with either Ibuprofen or Tylenol and I tried Excedrin Sinus and that worked. Good luck!

It could be because you need to get your eyes checked, may need glasses. I get headaches everyday because I noticed I need glasses while I was driving at night.

It could also just be allergies, Just take benderyal or another over the counter medicine.

Those are many things that give me headaches a lot.

It could be because you aren't getting enough fluids in you. My teacher said that if you get a headache it's probably because you haven't drinkin enough water and that before you go and get a pill you should drink some water. Just don't drink so much that you drown your body and kill yourself. Good luck.

Have you had your eyes tested? If you've been reading a lot and your eyes aren't right that could be causing your headaches

it sounds as though you have an allergy to chocolate.

Be carefull of sweets, eat very little of them. Drink lots of water and flush out your system. I too am sensitive to sugar. Listen to the body, it truly tells you what is good and what is bad.

Do you wear glasses? You might need to get an eye exam done.
