Call your insurance company and get a list of psychiatrists- NOT psychologists (they can't prescribe meds). Make sure you get a list from any prescribing docs of the dangers of stopping certain anti depressants or anxiety meds, some have horrible withdrawal periods when you want to stop taking it that doctors don't tell you about. Sad but true- My mom was put on Cymbalta and is basically stuck on it until she has a month to endure the horrors of detox, pretty lame. Make sure that you find things to look forward to also. No one wants to stay with a sad sack, unless that person is taking active steps to recover. Trust me, it ended my marriage.
You will be okay if you remember doctors can help but they can't do it for you. You will be responsible for reprogramming your mind to be happy while the meds provide some relief in the mean time.

The best doctor you can get is a friend.... but, if you don't have friends right now, just watch your inside, and search for that that makes you feel like that... analyze it and answer these questions to yourself:
does this worth it, is it more important than HER?
if it worth it how can I resolve it?
you always can trust your partner to help you out in these situations. speak to her about how you feel and why.... I am sure your life will be better if you just stop hiding stuffs inside of you.
I wish you the best of the lucks, and God Bless you
