My birthday was on July 18. I turned 16. I am a girl. I am 5'9. Am I done growing in height?

You're done growing now. Girls reach their final adult height around two years after their first period. Boys stop later, around age 16 to 18. At 5'9" and age 16, you're now at your final height. Tall, but not freakishly tall. There are going to be a lot of people who will admire your tall height, and very few problems.
