i want to know any exercise or yoga or anything that can help me not to loose my hearing ability or not even decrease it, i am a Dj at a local club, so i have to deal with loud music all day long for about 8-10 hours daily, please tell me any solution to not to loose my hearing ability, because i've heard that headphones cause a lot of damage to ears.

please help me with that.

Shooters at gun ranges often have custom molded ear protection made. You might find this helpful.

As long as the headphones are not in-ear ones, you should be good. Over-the-ear headphones are safer because they're not injecting the sound directly into the ear canal like the in-ear do.

I am sorry, but there's no healing for this. Now not now, anyway. Keep in mind your health care professional's words a warning. You cannot fix the injury, however that you may avoid it from getting worse. Keep the tune at a more cheap quantity stage.

What you need is ear protection headphones that reduce external noise. For professional use you want Stax headphones (expensive, but they are the best in the World) I don't know if they make hearing-protection versions though.
