I like massage therapy but get erections. Are there any therapists who arent uncomfortable with this?

I live a lifestyle full of stress and massage therapy is so important. In recent times, I get many erections on a massage table. I can't help it but my penis bounces up and down sometimes. Certain therapists tell me I make them uncomfortable and never come back. This is embarrassing, and I can't help it. The more I try not to get them, I do. I just want to relax and enjoy my massage. My question is, are there any massage therapists out there who will accept this and still give me a full treatment without cutting it short?

1. Nothing wrong with having an erection. It is perfectly normal, and I'm sure your therapist has to know this. However, you did say that she was YOUNG, perhaps she is new at this and wasn't prepared for this yet or perhaps she hasn't experienced this enough to be able to deal with it yet. 2. I agree with the others, she should have had you covered up. The only area that should be exposed is the area that she is working on. 3. Some therapists do have that non-sexual clause, and that's to protect themselves as well. HOWEVER, BOTH the CLIENT OR THE THERAPIST have the right to terminiate the session at ANY time, especially if they are uncomfortable. Never know, maybe she was enjoying seeing you naked and then came to her senses and realized that she had to keep it on a professional level and couldn't do it. For whatever reason, either one of you have the right to terminiate the session. If you signed a form that said 'no refund', well then... BUT, if you signed a form and it said refunds, or said that partial refunds are given for the remainder of the missed service, then you should have gotten all or some of your money back.... So your question was if it was wrong to get an erection during massage? No, it's not. Perfectly normal. But you can't expect something to happen just because of it!

As a male professional massage therapist who also receives massage alot, I dont think this is a silly question.



We discussed this in massage school and a mother of 3 boys said it best: erections are gonna happen.



If you get an erection but are just relaxing, not asking personal questions, not trying to make eye contact with the therapist and otherwise not trying to drive the massage into a sexual situation, then a professional massage therapist should not care about this.



I've found that some therapists get anxious and think this is a form of men hitting on them. Unfortunately, every massage therapist I know has been put in awkward situations by mostly men who are pushing for something sexual. You cant blame them but there are plenty of massage therapists out there who are more experienced and wont care. Look for an older therapist with over 5 years of experience and they should not have a problem with a natural bodily process that is more likely to occur when you are relaxed.



This is a reason why many respectful men dont get massage and its a shame.

if your massage therapist were trained properly they would be able to handle it. when i was in school we were taught that it is perfectly normal for a male client to get an erection (females can be aroused as well). as long as you are not making advances or exhibiting crude behavior then there shouldn't be a problem, what you are doing is perfectly natural.
