Pizza is not a viable option, if you're suffering with anything, or want to maintain health.

Your body has to deal with white flour bread (glue), pasteurized, fermented and double cooked dairy (glue), cooked tomato (highly inflammatory) and a choice of topping which is often exclusively processed meat. And with that you have the infamous protein and starch food combination which lends itself to indigestion and fermentation.

This not only taxes your pancreas, but your body as a whole. Degeneration of the pancreas is not something you want to play with.
