Well I read somewhere ( I forgot where) that if you put your finger inside anyone's bellybutton and they don't approve of it, is it technically rape? What is rape? Is sexual rape the only kind of rape?

No. Rape is nonconsensual sex. I don't see sticking your finger in someone's belly button as being sexual harassment or sexual assault either. However, any unwanted touching is a violation of one's body. Why would you stick your finger in someone's belly button?
