Yes, there are long term effects. Over time glue sniffing will damage the brain cells and will eventually lead to drug induced dementia. Not to mention damaged lungs and organs.

Sniffing harmful substances kills your brain cells and if sniffed everyday over many years can even shrink your brain. This can affect your ability to perform everyday activities like walking talking and thinking.

Long term abuse can also cause damage to the liver and kidneys.

Well seeing as any toxic chemical smell kills brain cells, I would think stupidity would be the leading one, but you would have to be pretty stupid to smell glue in the first place.

brain damage!

and the long term effects of NOT sniffing, NOT using drugs, NOT abusing alcohol, NOT smoking - etc, etc, etc!

is a greater probability of a long healthy productive life.

it's a NO-brainer!

Well, I do know you can die, no matter how long you do it. Theres a chance next time you do it you could die. Long term effects are your brain slowly losing parts and getting little holes.
