Someone I know says she's on morphine for rheumatoid arthritis. I think she's lying and just has a drug problem. She does physical labour, which doesn't make sense if the pain was that bad. She does miss a lot of work days. She says she's trying to quit the morphine but hasn't seen a doctor about this. I would like to hear opinions especially from doctors and nurses. Thanks.

I have had RA for 23 years and I have NEVER heard of moriphine being give for that. The only time I have been given that is when I went under for a double hip and double knee replacement and even then they only allowed me on it for 2 days because of possible addiction. If she hasnt seen a doctor then how is she getting it? Usually people with RA take anti-inflammatories to control their diesease and occasionally be given motrin 800 or something like that if they need something more. I think it sounds like your friend may have a drug habit.

Man did! To get Rheumatoid all one has to do is use oils other than Olive oil and it comes! I found a news report that said this, and removed oil from ny hub.s meals, his server Arthritis was soon gone! (The kosher diet also requires people to Not use any oils other than olive oil! No fats either.) I had Os. Arthritis. I went to a Chiropractor and it was soon gone! Drug companies can NOT make money on anything with 100% natural cures, so they convince people to want their drugs instead and want them in pains! Are you aware a 100% all natural cure for ALL CANCERs was discovered in the 1940s?! Or that another ALL NAtural Cure for all Cancers with a 97% cure also is real? This report (on the Internet) even includes that after it was discovered, the drug companies paid Congress off to make a Law that say it is Illegal to say the word "cure" unless used with a drug!? The First Amendment really stops it!

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!

I am a CPHT and they don't give morphine for any type of arthritis! The reason is, it is to be treated with anti-inflamatory drugs. If they give anything for the pain besides the INSAD drug, it would be something like Celebrex which is made for arthritis pain. She is deffinatly making that part up because they just don't give those types of drugs for arthritis!

my boyfriend has it, and i assume that if she is in enough pain and has such a psyical job they may prescribe her morphine, rhematoid arthritis takes a different toll in everybody so not everyone has the same treatment.

If shes trying to quit it sounds like she may think that she has a problem she really does need to discuss it with her doctor and find a different plan for pain managment.
