usually i dont scratch my head alot, but last night i didn't wash my hair well enough, i think i got dandruff and now my head is itchy. ive been scratching it on and off for the day, not scratching roughly but yknow, just scratching enough to ease the itch.
So does that cause hair loss? And what are ways to get rid of dandruff? I've never had it before

No, scratching your head will not cause hair loss. If you are scratching really vigorously it may cause a few hairs to fall out, but nothing substantial.
