Soo i'm tall and i'm quite slim but athletic type and i want to build some muscles but i dont want to get taller because seriously... i heard that squats and deadlifts can make you grow taller because your body realise growth hormones through the excersice and my question is if this is true or squats stunt your growth? And if weighlifting help height growth? Please if you don't know the true answer don't post here...
