I'm a pretty skinny guy and I'm half-Asian (I wonder if genes have anything to do with this...), and I'm 16, and every EVERY time after I drink coffee, like I just drank iced coffee with whipped cream, I'm getting diarrhea. It sucks, it's really bad. Also I get diarrhea sometimes after drinking milk, sometimes dairy products, and a lot of the times, chocolate. I remember when I ate McDonald's after it it cured it, sorta, but what else can I use as a cure?

I might even need to have to go right now, brb

To answer your question, no, you're not supposed to have diarrhea after drinking coffee. If you were, they'd sell it as a laxative. Since you have problems with coffee, Mt. Dew, and other decaffeinated beverages, it's the caffeine that you have a hard time with. Try to avoid caffeine, and you should be fine.

i'm asian too and i usually have to go to the restroom after i've had coffee too. alot of asian people gradually lose their tolerance to lactose as they age so you can't digest dairy products as well. i don't think you can do much about lactose intolerance, just eat/drink dairy products in moderation and you should be fine. i have no idea about the soda though

What medicines (opiates most likely) are you on at the same time? You're having a weird reaction and maybe we don't know the whole story b/c I've had the same thing happen.
